Chap. VI.— An Act for the Relief of Philip J. Fontane. Jan. 8, 1849. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, P. J. Fontané to be paid $1000 in full for balance due him for mason work. That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Philip J. Fontané, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, one thousand dollars in full for balance due him for mason work done at Love Key beacon, under a contract with the collector of Key West. Approved, January 8, 1849.
