Chap. LXXII.— An Act for the Relief of Nathaniel Phillips. July 29, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, A pension of $4 per month allowed to Nathaniel Phillips. That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Nathaniel Phillips on the roll of invalid pensioners, and that he be paid, during his natural life, a pension at the rate of four dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and forty-five. Approved, July 29, 1846.
