Chap. LXIX.— An Act for the Relief of Nehemiah Brush. Feb. 22, 1849. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, A pension of $8 per month allowed Nehemiah Brush. That the Secretary766THIRTIETH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 73, 74, 75. 1849. of War be, and is hereby directed to place the name of Nehetniah Brush on the roll of invalid pensioners, at the rate of eight dollars per mouth, during his natural life, and that his pension commence from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 22, 1849.
