Chap. LXIX.— An Act for the Relief of Francis Sommerauer. March 3, 1847. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension of $8 per month allowed to Francis Sommerauer. That the Secretary of War place the name of Francis Sommerauer on the invalid pension roll, and pay him at the rate of eight dollars per month, for and during his natural life, commencing from and after the twenty-fifth February, eighteen hundred and forty-six. Approved, March 3, 1847.
