Chap. LIV.— An Act for the Relief of James Davidson, of the County of Fentress, in the State of Tennessee. July 15, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension of $6 per month allowed to James Davidson. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required to place upon the roll of invalid pensions the name of James Davidson, and that he pay him at the rate of six dollars per month for and during his natural life, commencing on the first January, one thousand eight hundred and forty-six. Approved, July 15, 1846.
