Chap. CXXX.— An Act for the Relief of Isaiah Parker. Aug. 8, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Isaiah Parker to be paid $328 for arrears of pesion due him. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required and authorized to pay Isaiah Parker the sura of three hundred and twenty-eight dollars, for arrears of pension from March fourth, eighteen hundred and twenty-three, to October thirty-one, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, at the rate of two dollars per month, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, August 8, 1846.
