Chap. CXXVII.— An Act for the Relief of Thomas Ap Catesby Jones. Aug. 8, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas Ap Catesby Jones to be paid $1,501.78, being balance due on the settlement of his accounts. That the the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Thomas Ap Catesby Jones, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand five hundred and one dollars and seventy-eight cents, it being the balance due him on his accounts as rendered to the United States. Approved, August 8, 1846.
