Chap. CXX.— An Act for the Relief of Peter Rife. Aug. 8, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Peter Rife to receive a pension of $30 per annum. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place the name of Peter Rife, of Wythe county, Virginia, upon the revolutionary pension roll, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per annum, commencing on the first day of January, anno Domini eighteen hundred and forty-four. Approved, August 8, 1846.
