Chap. CXV.— An Act for the Relief of Griffen Kelly. Aug. 8, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension of $3 per month allowed to Griffen Kelly. That the name of Griffen Kelly be placed upon the roll of invalid pensions, and that he be allowed and paid the sum of eight dollars per month, for and during his life, to be computed from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-six. Approved, August 8, 1846.
