CXLIV.— An Act *to annex the Town of Essex, in the State of Massachusetts, to the Collection District of Gloucester.* Aug. 7, 1848. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the town of Town of Essex, Mass., annexed to the collection district of Gloucester.Essex, in the State of Massachusetts, now included in the collection district of Newburyport, shall hereafter be included in, and form a part of, the collection district of Gloucester.
