Chap. CVI.— An Act for the Relief of Harvey Reynolds. March 3, 1847. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, A pension of $8 per month allowed to Harvey Reynolds. That the act approved third of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-nine, entitled “An Act for the Relief of Harvey Reynolds,” be, and the same is hereby, so modified and repealed as to enable the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to the said Harvey Reynolds the sum of eight dollars1839, ch. 119. per mouth for and during his natural life, commencing on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and forty-six. Approved, March 3, 1847.
