Chap. CLXVIII.— An Act for the Relief of Mary Ruck. March 3, 1849. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, A pension of $10 per month allowed Mary Buck. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mary Buck, of Bucksport, in the State of Maine, upon the revolutionary pension roll, and pay her, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum often dollars per month, commencingTHIRTIETH CONGRESS.
