Chap. CLXVII.— An Act for the Relief of Mary Phelps, of the County of Genesee, State of New York. Aug. 8, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Phelps allowed a pension of $96 per annum. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place the name of Mary Pheips on the revolutionary pension roll, at the rate of ninety-six dollars per annum, to commence the seventeenth day of February, eighteen hundred and forty-five, for two years’ service of her husband, Richard Austen. Approved, August 8, 1846.
