Chap. CLXIX.— An Act for the Relief of Lowry Williams. March 3, 1849. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lowry Williams to be paid $1960 50, the amount of a certificate still duo and unpaid under the Cherokee treaty of 1835. That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Lowry Williams, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, nineteen hundred and sixty dollars and fifty cents, being the amount of a certificate, number four thousand and sixty-eight, for that amount still due and unpaid to the said Williams, under the Cherokee treaty of eighteen hundred and thirty-five.
