Chap. CLXIV.— An Act for the Relief of Benjamin Allen. Aug. 8, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension of $6 per month allowed to Benj. Allen. That the name of Benjamin Allen be placed upon the roll of invalid pensioners, and that he be allowed and paid the sum of six dollars per month for and during his life, to be computed from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-six. Approved, August 8, 1846.
