Chap. CLVI.— An Act to confirm an Entry of Land made by the Administrator of James Anderson, deceased, of Iowa Territory. Aug. 8, 1846. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Entry of land, made by the administrator of James Anderson, confirmed.1814, ch. 142. That the entry of fractional section sixteen, in township number sixty-nine north, of range number two west, in the Des Moines land district, in the Territory of Iowa, made by the administrator of the estate of the late James Anderson, deceased, of Iowa Territory, under the provisions of an act of Congress for the relief of said Anderson, approved seventeenth June, eighteen hundred and forty-four, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed and allowed: *Provided, nevertheless*, That theProviso. consent of two thirds of the legal voters in said township shall be first obtained thereto.
