Chap. CLV.— An Act for the Relief of Jesse Washington Jackson. March 3, 1849. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, A pension of $8 per month allowed Jesse Washington Jackson. That the name of Jesse Washington Jackson, a soldier in the army of the United States during the war with Great Britain, be placed upon the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of eight dollars a month, commencing the first day of January, eighteen hundred and forty-eight. Approved, March 3, 1849.
