Chap. CCVII.— An Act for the Relief of Elizabeth Pistole, Widow of Charles Pistole, deceased. Aug. 14, 1848. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, The name of Elizabeth Pistole to be placed upon the revolutionary pension roll. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Elizabeth Pistole, widow of Charles Pistole, who was a private soldier in the revolutionary army, on the revolutionary pension roll, and allow her the same rate of pension as is allowed to the widows of 1844, ch. 102.revolutionary soldiers under the act of June seventeen, eighteen hundred and forty-four.
