Chap. XXXVI.— An Act for the relief of John T. Wirt. April 2, 1816. *Be it enacted &c., * Claim to be settled, &c. That the proper accounting officers of the war department be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to settle the claim of John T. Wirt, assistant deputy quartermaster-general, and to allow him, in the settlement thereof, such credits as may be equitable and just. Approved, April 2, 1816.
