Chap. XXVIII.— An Act making appropriation for prize money due to Thomas Douty. March 2, 1827. *Be it enacted &c., * That the sum of nineteen dollars ninety-six cents be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money not otherwisePrize money to be paid to him. appropriated, for the payment to Thomas Douty of his share of prize money, for the capture of the Algerine vessels, in the year eighteen hundred and fifteen; the same having been heretofore appropriated, and carried to the surplus fund. Approved, March 2, [1827.]
