Chap. XXVII.— An Act for the relief of Russell Hotchkiss and others, owners of the brig Stranger.Feb. 9, 1833. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That there be paid to Russell Hotchkiss and son, Certain tonnage duties to be refunded. and Jehiel Forbes and son, owners of the brig Stranger, of New Haven, in the State of Connecticut, the sum of ninety-seven dollars and fifty-534TWENTY-SECOND CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 28, 29, 35, 36. 1833.five cents, to reimburse them for tonnage duties paid to the collector of said port in June, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one; and that the said sum be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, February 9, 1833.
