Chap. XXVI.— An Act to allow the Baron de Glaubeck the pay of a Captain in the Army of the United States. Sept. 29, 1789. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the pay of aThe pay of a captain allowed to Baron de Glaubeck. captain in the army of the United States be allowed to the Baron de Glaubeck, from the ninth day of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty-one, to the twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand seven hundred and eighty-two, to be paid in the same manner as other foreign officers in the service of the United States have been paid.
