Chap. XXVI.— An Act for the relief of Peter Yandez. March 3, 1825. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the treasuryPayment to him for a horse lost in the service of the U. S. during the late war. department be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Peter Yandez, one hundred and twenty dollars, the value of a horse lost by said Yandez while engaged in the service of the United States, by towing a boat to Ogdensburg during the late war; and that the same be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 3, 1825.
