Chap. XXIX.— An Act for the relief of Benjamin Pool. Feb. 20, 1819. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury shall be authorized to pay to Benjamin Pool, the amount of a judgment recoveredAmount of a judgment to be refunded. against him by Humphrey Moore, in the Supreme Court of New Hampshire, in consequence of an erroneous assessment of his property, together with the costs of suit, and all reasonable expenses and charges incident to the defence of the said suit. Approved, February 20, 1819.
