Chap. XXIX.— An Act for the relief of William Burris, of Mississippi. Feb. 19, 1831. *Be it enacted, &c., * That William Burris be allowed to relinquish to1834, ch. 176.May relinquish a certain tract of land, and locate another. the United States the east half of the south-west quarter of section twenty-one, township three, range six, east, containing eighty acres entered by mistake, and to locate in lieu thereof, another half-quarter section of land on any of the public lands of the United States, in the state of Mississippi, which has been offered at public sale, and is now subject to entry at private sale. Approved, February 19, 1831.
