Chap. XXIX.— An Act for the relief of Jonathan Hudson, of Baltimore. March 3, 1825. *Be it enacted, &c., * Part payment of a revenue bond to him. That the sum of four hundred and thirty dollars be allowed to Jonathan Hudson, of Baltimore, in part payment of a revenue bond, given by Matthew Pascal, on which he was one of the sureties, being so much paid by him as consignee of the Spanish brig San Francisco, Miguel Zenteno master, to the Collector of Norfolk; which payment was illegally exacted, he having previously paid the tonnage duty, on entry of said brig, to the Collector of the port of Baltimore.
