Chap. XXIX.— An Act for the relief of Bartholomew Duverge. March 2, 1821. *Be it enacted, &c., * That there be paid to Bartholomew Duverge, or To be paid for losses sustained from U. S. troops.to his legal representatives, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two thousand one hundred dollars, in full for injuries and losses sustained by him, in consequence of the use and destruction of his property, by the troops of the United States, during the invasion of New Orleans, in the winter of eighteen hundred and fourteen—fifteen. Approved, March 2, 1821.
