Sess. I. Ch. 25, 26, 27, 28, 29. 1844. see, on the roll of invalid pensions, and that he be entitled to receive the sum of twelve dollars seventy-five cents per month, during his natural life, from the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight. Approved, May 23, 1844.
