Chap. XXIV.— An Act for the relief of Joel Abbott, junior. March 3, 1825. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he isPayment to him for a horse lost in the late war. hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Joel Abbott, junior, the sum of eighty dollars, for a horse lost while in the service of the United States, during the late war. Approved, March 3, 1825.
