Chap. XXIII.— An Act for the relief of Robert L. Kennon. Feb. 24, 1829. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is A certain sum, overpaid by him, to be refunded.hereby, directed to refund to Robert L. Kennon, the amount of money he has overpaid at the Land Office at Tuscaloosa, for a fractional section north of section eighteen, township twenty, range five, in the Tuscaloosa land district, in Alabama, it being the difference between one hundred and forty-six acres, and seventy-five acres and eighty-eight hundredths, at the rate of five dollars and five cents per acre. Approved, February 24, 1829.
