Chap. XXIII.— An Act discharging a judgment against the representatives of Elijah Wadsworth, deceased. March 3, 1825. *Be it enacted, &c., * That a judgment rendered in favor of the UnitedJudgment obtained by the U. S. against his representatives to be discharged. States, in the Circuit Court of the United States, in and for the seventh Ohio district, at the July term, in the year eighteen hundred and twenty-four, against the representatives of Elijah Wadsworth, deceased, late a Major-General in the service of the United States, be, and the same is hereby, discharged, and made null and void. Approved, March 3, 1825.
