XXI.— An Act *for the relief of John Miller.* May 23, 1844. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and requested to cause to be issued to JohnLand patent to be issued. Miller, of Williams county, in the state of Ohio, a patent for the. west hall of the north-west quarter of section twenty-two, in township five north, range one east, containing eighty acres, without any further payment of money therefor by said Miller. Approved, May 23, 1844.
