Chap. XXI.— An Act for the relief of Andrew H. Richardson, executor of Valentine Richardson. Feb. 18, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to AndrewPayment to him, amount improperly collected H. Richardson, executor of Valentine Richardson, late collector of the internal revenue in the state of North Carolina, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifty-one dollars and sixty-six cents, the amount of commissions on eight hundred and sixty-one dollars and thirteen cents, and the interest on said commission from May TWENTY-SECOND CONGRESS.
