Chap. XX.— An Act for the relief of Samuel F. Hooker. Feb. 15, 1819. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper officers of the treasury department$785 to be paid to him. be, and they are hereby, authorized and required to pay to Samuel F. Hooker the sum of seven hundred and eighty-five dollars; to be paid out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, February 15, 1819.
