Chap. XX.— An Act *for the relief of Silas D. Fisher.* Feb. 13, 1835. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That Silas D. Fisher, alias Silas Fisher, be, andAuthorized to locate a section of land. he is hereby, authorized to locate the reservation of one section of land granted to him by the second article of the supplement to the treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek, made and entered into on the twenty-seventh day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty, between the United States of America and the Mingoes, chiefs, captains, and warriors of the Choctaw tribe of Indians, on any of the unimproved and unoccupied lands within the limits of that tract of country ceded by the said Indians to the United States by the treaty aforesaid, on such terms and conditions, and under such rules and regulations, as may be prescribed by the proper department of the Government in similar cases arising under said treaty.
