Chap. XVII.— An Act for the relief of Daniel Goodwin, executor of Benjamin Goodwin, deceased. Feb. 5, 1829. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Daniel Goodwin, executor ofPayment for the use of a wharf. Benjamin Goodwin, deceased, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and thirty-seven pounds and ten shillings, equal to seven hundred and ninety-one dollars and sixty-six cents, being the amount of the award rendered in favor of the 395 396 TWENTIETH CONGRESS.
Sess. II. Ch. 21, 22, 23, 44, 45. 1829. said Benjamin Goodwin, in the year seventeen hundred and eighty-one, for the use and occupation of his wharf for the building of a seventy-four gun ship. Approved, February 5, 1829.
