Feb. 10, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and heSecretary of the Treasury to compromise the claim of the U. S. on Commercial Bank of Lake Erie. hereby is, authorized to compromise and finally settle the claim of the United States on the Commercial Bank of Lake Erie, on such terms as he may deem most conducive to the best interests of the United States. Approved, February 10, 1832.
