XLVIII.— An Act *for the relief of Jacob White.*Feb. 27, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension roll. directed to place the name of Jacob White on the revolutionary pension roll, and that he be allowed and paid annually, during his natural life, a pension under the act of June seventh, one thousand eight hundred andAct of June 7, 1832, ch. 126. thirty-two, for twenty-two months’ service as a captain and six months’ service as a private, to commence on the fourth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one: *Provided*, That the full amountProviso. of pension already received by the said Jacob White be deducted from the pension granted him by the provisions of this act.
