Chap. XLVIII.— An Act for the relief of Joseph E. Sprague. March 2, 1831. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the treasuryPayment for services as counsellor. pay to Joseph E. Sprague the sum of two hundred and forty-nine dollars, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, in full for services rendered by him, as counsellor and attorney in attending to, and taking, depositions, in cases in which the United States were interested. Approved, March 2, 1831.
