Chap. XLVI.— An Act for the relief of Washington Lee. March 3, 1813. *Be it enacted, &c., * Allowed the pay of a judge advocate. That the proper accounting officer of the Department of War be, and he is hereby, directed to allow to Washington Lee, now a captain in the army of the United States, in the settlement of his account as judge advocate for the southern department of the army, from the nineteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ten, until the sixth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and twelve, the same compensation which is provided for judge advocates, when taken from the line, by an act passed the eleventh day of January,.4812, ch. 14. one thousand eight hundred and twelve, entitled “An act to raise an additional military force.
” Approved, March 3, 1813.
