Chap. XLVI.— An Act *for the relief of Dennis Tramell.*March 2, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension list.Act of June 7, 1832, ch. 126. directed to place the name of Dennis Tramell on the pension list, under the act of June seventh, eighteen hundred and thirty-two, at the rate of one hundred and twenty dollars per annum; and to pay him at that rate, from the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-one, during his natural life. Approved, March 2, 1839.
