Chap. XLIV.— An Act for the relief of John Robbe. June 4, 1794. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the department of war be, and he hereby is required to place on the invalid list, John Robbe,Sec. of War to place John Robbe on pension list. wounded in the late war while in the service of the United States, at the rate of two dollars and a half per month, to commence on the twenty-first day of July, one thousand seven hundred and eighty-six. Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted, *That the arrears of the said pensionTo be paid agreeably to law. be paid as the laws direct in similar cases. Approved, June 4, 1794.
