Chap. XLIV.— An Act for the relief of the legal representatives of Samuel Keep. March 15, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the treasuryAccounts to be settled and paid. be, and they are hereby, authorized and required to adjust and settle, upon the principles of justice and equity, the accounts and claims of the legal representatives of Samuel Keep, relative to a certain contract made on the eighth of September, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-six, by the Board of Navy Commissioners of the one part, and the said Samuel Keep of the other part.
Sec. 2. Appropriation. *And be it further enacted, *That all moneys allowed to the legal representatives of the said Samuel Keep on such adjustment and settlement, shall be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 15, 1832.
