Chap. XLIV.— An Act for the relief of John McLure. March 3, 1825. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle, upon the principles of equity, the accountsAccounts to be settled for making a road. of John McLure, of Virginia, lately engaged as a contractor, in making a road from Cumberland, in Maryland, to the state of Ohio; and that the balance which may be found due to the said John McLure, be paid to him out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 3, 1825.
