Chap. XLII.— An Act for the relief of Walter Channing. April 11, 1820. *Be it enacted, &c., * Certain duties to be repaid. That the Secretary of the Treasury shall cause to be repaid to Walter Channing, such sum or sums of money as were SIXTEENTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 43, 44, 49, 55. 1820. 241 paid into the treasury by the said Walter Channing, or by Gibbs and Channing, as, and for, duties upon saltpetre, imported into the United States in the year one thousand eight hundred and three. Approved, April 11, 1820.
