XLII.— An Act *granting to the borough of Michillimakinac, certain grounds for public purposes.* March 3, 1835. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That there be, and there is hereby, granted toA lot of eight acres granted for public purposes. the Corporation of the borough of Michillimakinac, for public purposes exclusively, a lot of ground, containing by estimation eight acres, heretofore used as a common, by the inhabitants of said borough, lying between a lot of land the property of Doctor David Mitchell, and another lot of land, the property of the heirs of Ezekiel Solomon, deceased.
