Chap. XLI.— An Act for the relief of Joseph W. Page. March 31, 1814. *Be it enacted, &c., * Penalty remitted. That the secretary of the treasury be, and he is hereby authorized to remit the penalty incurred by Joseph W. Page, of Charleston, South Carolina, as security in an embargo bond for Bernard Laffon, master of the brig Bellona. Approved, March 31, 1814.
