XLI.— An Act *for the relief of Thomas King.*Feb. 24, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Commissioner of Pensions is hereby*Post*, p. 907. authorized and directed to place the name of Thomas King, of Tennessee,To be placed on pension roll. upon the pension roll of invalid pensioners, and to pay to the said King the sum of eight dollars per month, during his natural life out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to commence on the fourth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and forty-two.
