Chap. XLI.— An Act for the relief of Joseph Decrits. March 3, 1825. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the accounting officers of the treasury be, and they are hereby, directed to settle and adjust the accounts of JosephHis accounts to be settled. Decrits, who served as a volunteer artillerist in the army of the United States, during the fall of the year one thousand eight hundred and thirteen; and that they allow him the pay of a sergeant for the time he may prove he was in the service. Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted, *That the amount so found due beAppropriation. paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 3, 1825.
