XL.— An Act *for the relief of Joseph Simmons.* March 3, 1845. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War he, and he hereby is,To be placed on pension roll. directed to put the name of Joseph Simmons, of North Brookfield, in Massachusetts, upon the pension roll as an invalid pensioner, to receive at the rate of eight dollars a month, from and after the fourth day of March last.
